Manager – Client Services
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting
- 5+ years of public accounting or relevant industry experience
- Working knowledge of financial statements
- Experience with Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills
Duties
- Supervise and train senior accountants and staff, to include but not limited to the
following:- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor
and advise on the progress to enhance professional development - Assist with time management to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Handle personnel and performance issues related to direct reports
- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor
- Serve multiple clients as an Accounting Manager or Controller, to include but not limited
to the following:- Review, analyze, and present monthly financial statements
- Oversee month‐end closing process
- Analyze key metrics and benchmarks tailored to client specific needs
- Manage financial reporting accuracy utilizing available tools to ensure efficient client
workflow and on‐time processing of client information - Oversee external client relationships such as payroll, benefits, banking, insurance,
and human resources - Advise on cash flow management
- Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting
- Document and monitor accounting policies, procedures and internal controls
specific to client relationship - Coordination of audits, reviews, taxes, and/or compilations as required
- Maintain ongoing relationship with client
- Provide oversight on miscellaneous projects as they arise
- Should enjoy working with, meeting, and talking to clients on a regular basis
- Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to remain current on accounting standards

Project Accountant
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting preferred
- Working knowledge of financial statements
- Experience with Excel, Word, etc.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred

Duties
- Serve multiple clients as Staff Accountant, to include but not limited to the following:
o Process accounts payable (bill entry and payment)
o Assist with invoicing of customers
o Record cash receipts and deposits
o Prepare bank account and credit card reconciliations
o Reconcile point-of-sale records to general ledger
o Process journal entries
o Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
o Prepare sales and use tax returns
o Process annual 1099s and ensure W-9s are on file for vendors
o Assist with monthly financial statement preparation - Miscellaneous projects as they arise
- Should enjoy working with, meeting, and talking to clients on a regular basis
- Reports directly to a Client Services Manager

Senior Manager – Client Services
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- 8+ years of public accounting or relevant industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills
- Expert knowledge of financial statements and accounting processes
- Experience with Excel, Word, various accounting systems, etc.
Duties
- Supervise and train managers and other personnel, to include but not limited to the following:
- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor
and advise on the progress to enhance professional development - Assist with time management to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Handle personnel and performance issues related to direct reports
- Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor
- Serve multiple clients as CFO, to include but not limited to the following:
- Participate in strategic planning with Client to include regularly scheduled meetings
- Review and analyze completed reporting packages and present to client as directed
- Manage financial reporting accuracy utilizing available tools to ensure efficient client
workflow and on‐time processing of client information - Advise and develop monthly analysis around key metrics and benchmarks tailored to
client specific needs - Coordinate relationships with investment management advisors, tax preparers, and
other providers to consolidate information and present recommendations to owners - Coordinate the preparation of necessary board meeting materials and attend meetings
to present findings - Review budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and other strategic financial planning with the
client to identify trends and areas of concern= - Oversee documentation and monitoring of accounting policies, procedures and internal
controls specific to client relationship - Provide assessment and analysis of profitability as requested by the client to
include: overall operations, specific divisions or lines of business, products or jobs using
financial and non‐financial data as available - Oversee coordination of audits, reviews, taxes, and/or compilations as required
- Serve as a member of Greyrock Senior Leadership Team:
- Actively participate in growth initiatives through business development, assessment, or impact pricing efforts
- Participate in special projects/committees
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities (i.e. cross‐selling services, identifying new clients, etc.)

- Serve multiple clients as a Senior Accountant, to include but not limited to the following:
o Serve as main point of contact for multiple clients
o Prepare and maintain cash flow projections
o Prepare annual budgets
o Prepare and review all month-end closing journal entries and maintain reconciliations for all accounts as needed
o Prepare monthly analysis around key metrics and benchmarks tailored to client specific needs
o Prepare monthly financial statements, including designing and implementing financial reporting
o Prepare or review bank account reconciliations, checks, and cash reporting
o Review payroll for various clients
o Review sales and use tax returns
o Facilitate preparation of audit and tax - Supervise and train staff accountants, to include but not limited to the following:
o Assist with time management to ensure that all deadlines are met
o Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts and performance issues - Comply with government notices, licenses, registrations etc.
